TMD is a network of associates working in the fields of training, multimedia production and online learning. We have particular expertise in the areas of Health and Social Care and Management Development. Find out more about the TMD Network.

E-Learning - We have a number of e-learning courses for those following an NVQ path to accreditation and all courses are mapped into the national standards competency framework.

Activity Downloads - We have developed a number of training aids, case studies and activities that can be used by trainers. These can be directly downloaded from our shop.

Services- TMD also offers training and consultancy in health and social care; management development; business excellence and self development.

Multimedia - TMD works with a number of partners offering multi media production; distance learning; and presentation materials.

Eshop- In our e-shop you can find training materials; online courses; inter-active development packages and multi media materials.

About TMD

TMD is a network of trainers and media producers and is co-ordinated by Francis Sealey & Juliana Broadhead. Between us we have over half a centurys experience of developing and delivering multi-media learning materials and bespoke training programmes for organisations across the private, voluntary and public sectors.

Juli_1 Juliana Broadhead. Juliana is an experienced S/NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier with a professional background in Health & Social Care and Learning & Development. Juliana delivers NVQ related programmes for the A1 and V1 awards, Coninuous professional Development workshops for assessors and verifiers and also acts as a Quality consultant to centres.She also writes NVQ linked learning materials that are turned into multi-media interactive e-learning units that people can access online.

Francis_newquay_1 Francis Sealey. Francis has extensive experience of multi-media learning and for many years worked as an executive producer with the BBC Open University before becoming free-lance. Since then he has worked with a large number of organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors developing e-learning and other multimedia materials across the UK, Europe, Africa & North America. He has also organised a number of conferences within Europe.
